Kehr (Claimant) after determining that he was not ineligible for benefits under Section 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law). Section 402(b) disqualifies a claimant whose unemployment is due to voluntarily leaving work without cause of a necessitous and compelling nature. The issue presented is whether the Boards determination that Claimant quit his job for cause of a necessitous and compelling nature is in accordance with the applicable case law and is supported by substantial evidence.
